Altana

Altana, the Dawn Goddess, is believed to be the creator of the five races of Vana'diel. She is worshiped by the five races, and even by some among the beastmen hordes.

A statue of Altana can be viewed inside Hall of the Gods in Ro'Maeve. Across from her likeness is a statue of her counterpart -- Promathia, the Twilight God.
