Modifiers: If Temple Cyclas is worn when Chakra is used, the VIT multiplier is increased by 1. If Melee Gloves are worn when Chakra is used, the VIT multiplier is increased by 0.6. These effects stack; if both are worn when Chakra is used, it restores 3.6*VIT HP.
If the Monk has merited the Invigorate trait, using Chakra gives the Monk an 10 HP/tick Regen effect. The duration of this effect varies, depending on the number of merits in Invigorate.
