FFXI Item:Trail Markings

Trail Markings are a set of targetable question marks (???) that can be found in in Bastok Mines, Ru'Lude Gardens, Southern San d'Oria, Windurst Walls, Beaucedine Glacier, and Xarcabard.

When a Timeless Hourglass is traded to them, they will allow yourself and up to 63 other players to enter the Dynamis areas Dynamis - Bastok, Dynamis - Jeuno, Dynamis - San d'Oria, Dynamis - Windurst, Dynamis - Beaucedine, and Dynamis - Xarcabard respectively.

Entering each of these Dynamis areas for the first time will cause you to recieve a cutscene, involving the story of the Dynamis areas. These cutscenes are only shown once, though they may be viewed again through that area's Goblin Footprint or Past Event Watcher.
