- Reduces the Tp gained by enemies from the player's actions.
- This affects all actions that give enemies TP, not just melee attacks.
- Subtle Blow +X reduces the TP gained by the enemy by X%. Subtle Blow caps at Subtle Blow +50, which is a 50% reduction in TP gained by the enemy.
- At level 75 a Monk will have a 20% reduction while a Ninja will have 25%.
